Refund policy

Before we file. Full refund, any reason, no questions asked. Just email hello@duekept.com.

After we file. We refund your payment minus the state fee we already paid on your behalf — $20 for an LLC, $25 for a corporation. State fees are not refundable to us, so we cannot return them to you.

If we made a mistake. We correct it and refile at our own expense, including any additional state fee.

If the information you gave us was incorrect. A corrected filing is billed at the state fee only, with no service charge.

Compliance Watch. Cancel any time. If no filing has been made in the current subscription year, we refund the year in full. If a filing has already been made, the current year is non-refundable and the subscription ends at renewal.

Chargebacks. If something went wrong, email us first — we resolve almost everything within a day, and a refund is faster than a dispute.
